Ingredients:
Blueberry : 1/2 cup ( frozen or fresh)
Banana : 1/2 cup ( ripened and cut into small chunks)
Honey : 2 tbsp
Milk : 2 cups

Procedure :
1. Grind all the ingredients in the blender.
2. You can increase the quantity of milk according to the thickness of milkshake you prefer.
Notes : You can add sugar in case you prefer more sweetness. I prefer the natural sweetness of the fruit.
You can substitute milk with half and half milk.
