This is another recipe that I learnt from my MIL. My mother in law had made a batch of banana chips. From that we used the banana peel. First we have to remove the most outer layer of the banana Peel and we can store them in refrigerator for 1 week.
Banana Peel of 7-8 Banana's
Oil- 2 tsp
Chilli Powder- 1tsp
Mustard Seeds- 1tsp
Salt to taste
Water (if needed)
1. Cut the banana peel as shown (vertically) and put it in water for a while so that it becomes fresh.
2. In a non-stick pan add oil and mustard seeds and wait till it crackles.
3. Squeeze the water out of banana peel and add it in the pan.
4. Add salt and chilli powder and fry till it is fried. (if you don't want it to be crisp you can add water and cook)
