Avocado and Cucumber Sandwich

Just to increase my good cholesterol I am trying to eat a piece of Avocado everyday. I came across this recipe in Cook-joy. And I liked it as Avocado tastes just like butter.

Bread Slices : 2
Avocado : 1/4 (Mash it)
Cucumber Slices : 8-9 (To cover the whole bread)
Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt According to Taste

1. Apply the mashed Avocado onto the slice just like to apply butter.
2. Cover the slice with cucumber pieces.
3. Sprinkle pepper and salt on top.
4. Cover it with another slice of bread.
