Baby Corn Kabab


Paneer- 2 cups grated
Potato- 4 boiled and peeled
Ginger garlic paste- 1Tbsp
Green Chillies-4-5
Coriander Leaves-a small bunch
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Chilly Powder-1 tsp
Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp
Corn Flour
Baby Corn-8-9


1. Mix all the ingredients together except baby corn and oil.
2. Give the coating of the mixed ingredients over the baby corn to give the shape of kabab.
3.Roll it in corn flour and refrigerate for half an hour so that it doesn't crumble.
4.Deep fry the pieces in oil.
